Mike is a Florida Licensed Employing Yacht Broker and has been in boat sales in the marine industry for over a decade. He is the founder and the managing yacht broker of BoatVideoShop Yacht Sales. Mike’s first boating was done as the youngest of seven in the Thousand Island area. After moving to Florida in his early 20s, the boating lifestyle really took hold.

He began his career at a St Pete boat dealership where he started at the entry-level of the industry. In learning boat sales he came up with an idea to develop a video system that would improve the sales process for buyers and sellers in the complicated business of selling used boats. The internet was on the verge of being able to handle video, so he started experimenting with video and how it would fit into his boat sales process.

He then moved on to implementing his new video system and building it into a cornerstone of a boat sale, allowing for being able to set accurate expectations for both buyers and sellers. He went on to become the main salesperson with a large yacht wholesale company where he and a newly video-ready internet helped build the most successful wholesale operations of that time.

Wanting to fulfill his goal of running his own company, Mike then joined the largest Independent Yacht Brokerage Company where he started the BoatVideoShop brand. In 2013 Mike officially formed BoatVideoShop Yacht Sales and Brokerage and became a full-service solution to his clients he has served over the years.

Shep’s mainly responsible for laughter, joy, and attitude adjustments.

Kelley joined the team in 2015, assisting with video editing as well as consulting on the most streamlined way to realistically capture the true condition of the boats we are representing. Kelley has worked in video editing and management for decades at WWNY Television, QVC, as well as the United States Government.
